ROCHENOIRMINERALS LLC

Critical minerals and rare earth elements

We source against a specification, a volume and a delivery point. Tell us what your process needs and we will tell you plainly whether we can supply it.

What we supply

ROCHENOIR supplies critical minerals and rare earth elements to United States manufacturers, processors and government-facing contractors. The portfolio covers materials used as metallurgical fluxes, chemical feedstocks, alloying additions and magnet and electronics inputs.

We work to the customer's specification rather than to a catalogue. Grades, packaging and delivery terms are set per contract, and we will say no to an enquiry we cannot serve properly rather than quote something we cannot hold.

How an enquiry works

  1. You send the specification

Material, grade or assay parameters, annual tonnage, packaging requirement and the delivery point. The more precise this is, the faster the answer.

  2. We check it against our sources

We confirm that a qualified producer can hold the specification at the volume required, and verify origin before quoting.

  3. You get a firm delivered price

Quoted to your gate, with the assay we will contract to, the lead time and the payment terms. If we cannot compete, we will tell you that instead.

  4. We run a trial cargo

A single lot, priced and documented as a full commercial shipment, so your team can qualify us on real material rather than on a presentation.

What travels with every shipment

Certificate of analysis

Lot-specific assay against the contracted specification, issued before shipment.

Independent inspection

Third-party sampling and verification at load or discharge, arranged on request and at your discretion.

Chain of custody

Documented handling from origin through to delivery, sufficient to support your own supply chain diligence and reporting.

Written remedy

Reject and replacement terms for any material falling outside the agreed specification.

On grade, and on origin

Several critical minerals are valued on effective content rather than headline assay, and trade flows in others have been rearranged by export controls so that material now moves through countries that do not produce it. We quote on the basis your process actually uses, and we treat country of origin as something to be documented from the extraction site forward rather than represented on a form.

If it isn't obvious whether we can help

Ask anyway. A short note with the material, the grade and the annual tonnage is enough for us to give you a straight answer, and a straight no costs you nothing but the email.
